The cottage is located 1 kilometre from the village of Manigod in Haute Savoie. 70 kilometres from Geneva and 25 kilometres for Annecy.The cottage is built in 1793 and is a typical construction from this part of France.

On y retrouve, selon la disposition classique des chalets de la vallée, l'étable, la chambre, l'écurie du cheval, la soue du cochon, la cave à vin, la cave à Reblochon, et à l'Est la Nova.

Completely renovated and enlarged in 1990 in respect to the original architecture.

The living area of the house is about 500m2, the land area is 1200 m2.

An other 1600m2 adjacent ground is for sale.

It consist of 15 rooms:
· Bedrooms
· Living rooms – two with a fireplace
· Professional kitchen

The chalet is now used as a “gite” with a capacity of 36 guests in 9 rooms. All rooms with bathroom and toilet.

Depending on the new owner the chalet can be sold as a “Gite” or it can be sold for private use only.

The chalet is placed only 10 minutes from the ski resort of Manigod that is attached with the ski resort of La Clusaz.
